Canada’s Foremost
Authority on Construction Insurance Releases Book
Maurice Audet, who’s insurance career has spanned more than 30 years including 15 years researching and authoring this authoritative text on construction insurance, has teamed with Carswell Publishing to bring it onto their exclusive list of legal and technical publications.
Based
on Maurice’s earlier book "All Risks - A promise made or a promise
broken" it goes further with indemnity agreements, additional insureds and
more about liability insurance.
Maurice
said. “I think I’ve covered most of the contentious areas of insurance law.
Almost wherever there is a dispute, I've talked about it. I'm certain I missed a
few but I did cover a lot of territory.”
The
book is soft cover, contains over 700 pages of text and the index and the table
of cases brings the book to well over 800 pages. The table of cases is roughly
50 pages long by itself.
Credentials: Maurice Audet is currently Senior Vice President and Senior
